We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Because all of our items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and minor imperfections are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These characteristics are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

• A brief description of why you are requesting a return or exchange

Requests submitted without photos or outside the 14-day window may not be approved.

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be sent back to us before a refund is issued.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
