Are your items handmade?

Yes! Every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care. Because of this, no two items are exactly alike. Minor imperfections and variations are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.


Will my item look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to photograph items as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, and the fact that many colors are hand-mixed. Small variations are normal and expected.


What materials do you use?

All findings are made from gold-plated brass or sterling silver and are nickel-free for comfortable everyday wear. Occasionally, findings may vary slightly based on availability, but the overall look and quality will always be maintained.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Your orders willl follow our standard shipping times listed below unless otherwise posted on our website. 

  • Ready-to-ship items ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order items ship within 7–10 business days.

Shipping time is separate from processing time and will vary based on destination.


Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Tracking is provided for every order once it ships.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the U.S. and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.


What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be received before a refund is issued. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs.


How should I care for my polymer clay pieces?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, hairspray, and makeup
  • Keep items dry
  • Store them safely when not in use

A little care goes a long way in preserving handmade pieces.


What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may try to intercept or reroute the package, but this is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for loss due to incorrect addresses.
